∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Networking: LAN configuration, Wireless Network configuration, troubleshooting of user's problems in LAN & WAN environment
∎ Hardware: Assembling, configuring, troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting, Laptop troubleshooting, Scanner troubleshooting etc. All kinds of IT devices troubleshooting can be done & managed by me
∎ ERP System: Basic knowledge is needed and helping ERP administration.
∎ Product lifecycle management (PLM): Design and implement plans and assist to increase productivity Manages team to ensure accuracy Provide training and enhancement to various PLM applications Monitor and analysis System from all perspective
∎ IT Support: Application Support (Microsoft Office , Microsoft Outlook 365 etc.), Printer& Network Support etc.
∎ Video Conference (VC): Maintaining Video Conference system.
∎ CCTV: Maintaining DVR Server.
∎ PBX System: Maintaining PBX system.
∎ Supplier Handling
∎ Troubleshooting- PC, Printer, Scanner, and new devices.
∎ Any kind of hardware and software support.
∎ Troubleshooting laptops problem.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintaining fingerprint devices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
