∎ Retired Defense Army Officer will be given highly preference.
∎ BSC in Chemistry, MSC in Chemistry, BBA, MBA from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the daily warehouse operations Coordinate the end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound management to stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis.
∎ Lead, develop, organize work flow and assign tasks to the Warehouse team.
∎ Responsible for steering the warehouse operations proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives and process improvements.
∎ Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures to ensure department compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety & health risk assessment
∎ Manage team schedules, attendance and vacation requests to meet business needs.
∎ Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately effectively ensure that the implementation of policies, procedures and work standards are met.
∎ Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Store Manager will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Logistics, Warehouse Management
∎ You are driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
∎ You are resilient, mentally tough and Hard working.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
