We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Executive to join our logistics and warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth shipment flow, accurate record-keeping, and disciplined warehouse management across our QCC and Chattogram facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure daily shipment updates in the ERP system and closely monitor shipment status (Pass/Fail) at QCC.
Track and review shipment data from all respective factories on a daily basis at QCC.
Coordinate effectively with suppliers and commercial teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.
Supervise daily vehicle loading and unloading operations, ensuring completion up to the final dispatch.
Monitor Chattogram (CTG) warehouse activities and ensure timely updates on vehicle arrivals and shipment status.
Oversee loaders’ activities and maintain discipline and efficiency in loading/unloading operations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipment data on a daily basis.
Ensure compliance with company standards, timelines, and quality requirements throughout the logistics process.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in store/warehouse/logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and shipment tracking processes.
Excellent coordination and communication skills with suppliers and internal teams.
Ability to supervise and manage loaders and warehouse staff effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to travel between Dhaka and Chattogram warehouses when required.
