About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and smart Personal Assistant to support the CEO’s Office. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, advanced presentation abilities, and the confidence to represent the CEO’s Office with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and official documents
Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (executive assistant/PA preferred)
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Excellent PowerPoint presentation preparation skills
Smart, confident, and professional personality
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
High level of integrity and confidentiality
