∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the operation of all the woman friendly space Conduct community consultations to design center operations
∎ Supervise staff members and builds capacity
∎ Reach out to other services in zone, both BRAC and non-BRAC to ensure smooth referral pathways
∎ Participate in camp committee meetings
∎ All necessary reporting related to WFS
∎ Keep records of center activities and clients.
∎ Provide logistics and other support on a regular basis
∎ Perform the distribution works and requisition from WFS
∎ Report to Technical Specialist on WFS activities. Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
