Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with Masters of Public Health or any other relevant discipline from any recognized University with minimum second class in all exams/CGPA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall project management and coordination of quality emergency health programs, including PHCC/comprehensive SRH Project. Ensure that program goals, objectives, targets, and activities are met, as stated in the donor-agreed project work plans and log frame.
∎ Support the process of program staff recruitment as needed and when required.
∎ Conduct regular monitoring visits to the various project sites, ensuring that projects utilize standardized protocols, policies and guidelines, as outlined by the Ministry of Health and WHO. Identify technical quality and/or other implementation issues, provide solutions and follow-up to ensure projects are on track to meet goals, and are consistent with established standard methodologies.
∎ Assess unmet needs in the health sector with a special focus on Primary and Sexual & Reproductive Health and make recommendations for how better can be address identified unmet needs, contributing to the FRIENDSHIP’s health strategy
∎ Perform priority organizational tasks related to his/her competencies as may be assigned from time to time.
∎ Coordination and ensure logistics for all visitors and donors in consultation with the head office
∎ Responsible for managing clinical activities, field activities, and other associated program-related work
∎ Liaison with the donor, grant managers, and national and international stakeholders
∎ Ensure training and ongoing capacity building opportunities for existing and new staff on technical and project management skills.
∎ Responsible for performance management including setting performance objectives and conducting regular performance appraisals on progress with supervisees, providing timely and constructive feedback to develop their professional practice.
∎ Support and strengthen Gov supported health facilities for quality SRH service provision
∎ Ensure team building and mentoring
∎ Ensure quality of care at the clinic and community level through the support of DPM, PC, and SRH service providers.
∎ Responsible for regulatory compliance at camp, RRRC, health authority, and DC office level
∎ Ensure documentation of the project, share and present through various manners (among staff, donors, and clients)
∎ Conduct communication with the donor, reporting as per their requirements and organizing the monitoring visit of donors in the project areas
∎ Collaboration with all health and related authorities in Cox is Bazar and liaise with the relevant government line agencies, private sector, and training institutions for project implementation.
∎ Manage and monitor field operations, ensuring all expenditures are as per the approved budget and take appropriate measures if non-budgeted expenditures are required at the field level.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
∎ Any other task as and when required by the management.
∎ Using state-of-the-art approaches and find opportunities for innovation.
∎ Design SRH program assessments to identify opportunities for expansion and improvements in program effectiveness, efficiency, and efficacy.
∎ Monitor evolving SRH needs of the target communities, identify health needs in new project areas, and adjust the programmatic priorities as necessary in collaboration with relevant Partners.
∎ Lead the implementation of needs assessments for SRH health outcomes. Work in close coordination and in consultation with Deputy Program Manager, Programme Coordinator (s) to support design of such assessments
∎ Lead the entire team with proper delegation and mentoring
∎ Maintain liaison with all stakeholders including government, national, international and UN bodies by actively participating in different workshops, training, meetings, dialogue sessions, etc.
∎ To be aware of existing, new, modified, and updated policies at Cox Bazar to successfully implement the project
∎ Identifying a strategic position for achieving the goal
∎ Constantly monitoring the performance of Friendship Facilities
∎ Promote a spirit of collegiality and gender diversity amongst team members and in the organization;
∎ Encourage team members to collaborate across areas; Address and resolve any diversity related issues;
∎ Set goals and conduct appraisals for the team; Set high standards and confront poor performance where needed
∎ Take appropriate actions to manage poor performance (such as creating Performance Improvement Plans, coaching, job rotations, and planning separations) in order to build and develop an engaged and high-performing team.
∎ Permission from RC, DC, and Civil Surgeon needs to be taken according to the project duration without any gaps
∎ Review existing systems, processes, and complaints/concerns from internal stakeholders;
∎ Identify potential areas for improving systems and processes;
∎ Recommend action plans to improve processes and optimize costs (e.g. Petty cash, Overtime, assets allocation, training for field and divisional staff etc).
∎ Represent Friendship programmatically in Cox’s Bazar and Ukhiya
∎ Solely responsible for creating budgets for project costs and program expenditures in close coordination with the doctors and health coordinators
∎ Secure financial and non-financial resources;
∎ Initiate procurement of necessary items; Keep constant follow up of the PR and Monthly Fund Requisitions and also ensure that all the logistics reaches in time
∎ Monitor quality of case findings and response rates against timelines and criteria;
∎ Support MEAL coordinator with developing the results framework, theory of change, log frame Program Monitoring Tool (PMT), and MEAL plan including indicators for existing and new projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Minimum experience of 8 years with NGOs, UN agencies or international development organizations, and out of 8 years at least 5 years experience in experience in the Health project (SRH) or Programme.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Current national and global development trends related to women empowerment, gender and justice, legal aid, rights-based approach, access to information; SDGs.
∎ Sound knowledge of SRH components and understanding of Project cycle management, results-based management and rights-based approach.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build consensus and resolve conflicts
∎ Ability to listen, adapt, persuade, and transform
∎ Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
∎ Fluency in English and proficiency in Bangla
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Ability to get things done while exercising good judgment

∎ Excellent knowledge of program functioning
∎ Knowledge on data analysis and presentation
