Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in CS/CSE/EEE or equivalent
∎ Industry Certification (highly recommended)
∎ CCNA, MCSE, RHCE and any OEM certificates from Dell, HPE, VMware, Lenovo
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Enterprise Server Installation, configuration and support of DellEMC/HPE/Lenovo or any other servers.
∎ Responsible for Enterprise Storage Solution deployment, SAN zoning, fine-tuning and support of DellEMC SC Series, Unity, NX Series /HPE 3PAR, MSA /NetApp FAS / Lenovo or any other Storages.
∎ Responsible for Enterprise Backup Solution deployment, backup integration, scheduling and support of Networker, Avamar, Data Domain, Commvault, Veeam, NetVault.
∎ Troubleshooting a wide range of customer support issues and resolving the problems using diagnostic utilities, software updates, and drivers.
∎ VMware, Hyper-V Virtualization Deployment and Support.
∎ Project Implementation of IT Infrastructure for wide range of customers including Bank and Financial Institute, Government Organization, Telecom Operator and Corporate Customers.
∎ Ensuring SLA/AMC support and service for Bank, Telecom Operators and Corporate Customers.
∎ Support call tracking, trend-analyzing, reporting and update through various channel
∎ Documentation on support service and tender participation.
∎ RMA Claim and Inventory Management.
∎ Redhat Linux, CentOS and Windows Operating System installation and configuration
∎ Provide professional and friendly customer support consistently via remote support tools, telephone, and chat with good communication skills.
∎ Performing scheduled maintenance tasks.
∎ Providing demonstration and training to customer.
∎ Parts installation and replacement support.
∎ Ensuring OEM competency and portal management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good skills on Configuration & Managing servers on Windows such as Active Directory, File Server, DNS, and Hyper-V Virtualization.
∎ Proper delegation of task and follow-up mentality
∎ Capable to handle assignments individually and also as a team
∎ Ability to work under pressure and within deadline
∎ Good listener and open towards new or innovative idea
∎ Traveling outside of Dhaka for project and support
Salary: Negotiable
