Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and Maintain Automation Frameworks: Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java
∎ Test Script Development: Create and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications to ensure quality and functionality.
∎ Integration with CI/CD Pipelines: Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
∎ Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
∎ Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team.
∎ Defect Tracking and Reporting: Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
∎ Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing and analysis to ensure systems meet performance requirements.
∎ Documentation: Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and other relevant documentation.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve the automation processes.
