Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound experience of All kinds of export garments quality control process, Chemical composition, regulation knowledge and production process.
∎ Well capable to handle different buyer quality SOP to follow and perform final random inspection.
∎ He/She must have well capable to justify the FRI result and evaluation power to delivered the justification of the shipment quality standard.
∎ Must be capable to design and present buyer SOP to suppliers through training and sustaining very rigorous processes and procedure to follow in the production, controlling in line quality system, final inspection and AQL inspection plans to achieve defined quality level.
∎ Must have provide the technical support also in terms of the quality issues arise.
∎ Perform root cause analysis to arrive and implement permanent solution to the quality issues in order to continuously improve the product quality.
∎ Coach - mentor - Be an effective coach - mentor in training department team members continuously to improve the QMS.
∎ Responsible to record quality KPI and OQL data.
