• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Income Tax and VAT regulations.

• Excellent command in English – both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

We are a reputed garments manufacturing and export-oriented company seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual for the position of Manager – Accounts & Finance. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tally software, hands-on experience in the garments industry, and the ability to independently manage the entire accounts and finance functions, including taxation and VAT compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of Accounts and Finance operations independently.

• Maintain and operate Tally Accounting Software efficiently.

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flows, and forecasts.

• Ensure timely and accurate Tax (AIT, TDS) and VAT calculations, filings, and compliance.

• Ensure internal financial control and maintain up-to-date books of accounts.

• Support management with strategic financial planning and reporting.

• Lead and supervise the accounts team effectively.
