Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management or inventory control, preferably in a spinning mill or textile industry.
∎ Strong understanding of inventory management systems and practices.
∎ Proven leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution of materials.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely recording of stock levels, movements, and transactions in the inventory management system.
∎ Develop and implement store policies and procedures to optimize inventory control and minimize waste.
∎ Coordinate with production and procurement departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
∎ Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Manage a team of store staff, providing training and support as needed.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, usage, and any issues affecting store operations.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best prices and quality for materials.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the store.
