Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A reputed spinning concern export-oriented group of companies, looking for a professional as follows:
∎ The successful candidate will be responsibility for managing and organizing all documents related to our operations, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Receive, process, and organize incoming documents such as invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and employee records.
∎ Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval and reference of documents.
∎ Ensure that all documents are accurately labeled, dated, and stored according to established protocols.
∎ Monitor and track document flow to ensure timely processing and resolution of any discrepancies.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information for audits, inspections, and other compliance requirements.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of document management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
