Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The job holder is primarily responsible for assisting effective Talent Management and Resourcing process throughout the organization to ensure right people are placing in the right place for present and future needs. He/she works closely with all the departments to identify the needs to support fill up the vacancies. He/She also ensure the presence of all the document of the personal file & QMS documents as per the policyEnsuring effective recruitment process throughout the organization to ensure right people are placing in the right place. Conduct resourcing as per the controlled policy and procedures, reconcile with the headcount plan of ABP and maintain transparency. Facilitate a smooth employee joining process, Induction process for the new joiners. Regularly update the role profiles for all position (if required). Manage frameworks for Succession planning and Career development. Acting as the focal point on specific talent management activities such as employee engagement, on-boarding, interviews and employer branding activities. Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees. Planning, implementing and monitoring strategic projects in talent management. Assist in coordinating training & development programs and making sure the availability of the related logistics. Supports development and execution of initiatives to drive internal mobility within the organization. Build and maintain a database of Talent Management content, resources and tools, relevant current events, and trends and developments in best practices. Implementing proper documentation process of HR & QMS. Assist in any other HR and Admin activities as and when required.
