Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assess and ensure Quality of Incoming raw materials, intermediate and finished products as per approved standard.
∎ Ensure the product quality as per set standard and periodic check of the samples during production time.
∎ Prepare agreed/required reports for management information. Ensure the product quality as per set standard and periodic check of the samples during production time.
∎ Analyze the product fault to find the root causes and take corrective measures to prevent recur in future.
∎ Communicate every aspect related to product quality to all relevant people to take corrective measures.
∎ Assess & organize reagents/chemicals and other materials as required for lab operations and testing for quality assurance.
∎ Maintain & calibrate measuring instruments as per standard and schedule.
∎ Ensure compliance of operation with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard and company policy.
∎ Organize, train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
∎ Analyzing and reporting the Quality of product & services delivered by the company and recommending actions for continual improvement.
