Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist CEO to prepare manufacturing plan and ABP to achieve short and long term goals of the company.
∎ Establish integrated planning process to optimize manpower, OMS, machine output and material usage to achieve production target and company objectives.
∎ Ensure continuous cost improvement for product competitiveness.
∎ Maintain minimum stock/ inventory of local and imported raw material, WIP and finished goods to minimize finance cost ensuring smooth operations.
∎ Ensure compliance and provide feed-back to update procedure/ system in line with the ISO 9000 requirement.
∎ Implement and ensure compliance of EMS at IEPZ plant as per requirement of ISO 14000 and company policy.
∎ Ensure maintenance of plant and machinery to maximize machine up time by continual updating of policies and procedure.
∎ Ensure compliance with quality standards relating to product, process minimizing defects and customer returns.
∎ Ensure safety and security of people and company assets at RGL plant.
∎ Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards/ requirement as per company policy.
∎ Ensure New Product Development (NPD) - To be assigned case by case, based on each NPD content, timing need, technology, SBU/market priority, etc.
∎ Implement benchmarking manufacturing Process - for cost and efficiency improvement.
∎ Manufacturing & Product Consistency - Taking up projects for flawless process consistency and reduction of return / rejection rate.
∎ Drive MQI, QC circle & safety awareness to ensure quality and safety culture among the Manufacturing team.
∎ Follow and ensure dissemination and inclusion of the corporate aspiration & values throughout the Company.
∎ Ensure proper administration both in the Ishwadi Plant & accommodations for a congenial work and living environment.
∎ Maintaining liaison for coordinating with department heads, customers, suppliers, consultants, BEPZA, customs, DOE, PGCL, PDB, Local Administration, Local Elites, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 44 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be minimum B.Sc Engineering (Elect./Mech./ Industrial)/BBA/ MBA having Minimum 10 yrs. experience in medium/ large scale industry as Factory Manager.
∎ The Candidate should have skills in Leadership, Management, Industrial relation and should be dynamic, organized, self starter, analytical, good negotiator, patient listener, unbiased, innovative, assertive, goal/ target oriented, quality conscious, cost conscious, people & customer oriented and good planner.
∎ Needs to have knowledge and understanding of Inventory Management, Material Handling, Computer Applications, VAT regulations, TQM, SAP & BEPZA rules & regulations.
∎ Leadership skill

∎ Handling people
∎ Meet the demand & quality of the export market
∎ Manage people & departmental activities effectively.
∎ Compliance with BEPZA rules & regulations.
