Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist line manager to update and maintain procedure/ system for preventive maintenance and implementation of the plan. Ensure maintenance of plant and machinery to maximize machine up time. Prepare scheduled maintenance program for all machinery.
∎ Attend all breakdown maintenance’s promptly to minimize production loss.
∎ Prepare spare parts list including critical spare parts and made arrangement for smooth operation of the machinery. Total maintenance of production machinery’s & auxiliary equipment. Calibration monitoring & measuring devices as per schedule.
∎ Implement TPM for continuous reduction of machine down time.
∎ Implement and maintain Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) equipment and facilities.
∎ To conduct activities as per company policy, procedures and management decisions pertaining to different standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025 and so on as applicable.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of the effluent treatment plant.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities (water, gas, electricity) as per plan and compliance to statutory requirement.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of ATP & ETP of the factory as per statutory requirement.
∎ Work in SAP & Maintain database and mentoring as trainer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Job holder requires B. Sc. Engineering (Electrical and Electronics / Mechanical) from a reputed university with minimum 2 -3 years of work experience in similar works in manufacturing or process industry. He should also have knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. Need strong communication & Management skill. SAP knowledgeable person will get extra benefit. IATF 16949, ISO 17025 and TPM, TQM, Computer & SPC will add extra value.
∎ Ensure maintenance of plant and machinery to maximize machine up time. Prepare scheduled maintenance program for all machinery.
∎ Attend all breakdown maintenance’s promptly to minimize production loss. Track performance of equipment & initiate implement actions. Prepare spare parts list including critical spare parts and made re-arrangement for smooth operation of the machinery. Total maintenance of production machinery’s & auxiliary equipment. Perform equipment validation jointly with QA personnel. Calibration monitoring & measuring devices as per schedule. Installation and commissioning of machinery as & when necessary.
∎ Language Skills: Good Communication skill in English and Bengali both reading & writing.
∎ Preference: Sound Knowledge on Program Logical Command (PLC) based jobs.
