Job Context:
KR Flexi Pack Ltd is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive professional who has proven experiences and skills for the position of Sr.Officer, Production.
Responsibilities:
Candidate must have working experience as Officer in a renowned Printing & Packaging manufacturing industry
Plan, organize, implement and monitor Production activities to achieve continuous effective Production target.
Develop proper forecasting plan and inventory management in the depot and customer level.
Use leadership techniques to motivate and to develop people
Resolve all Production related issues and problem risen from machine by coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments.
To monitor and control all production processes in the sample, production unit & goods receive-delivery section.
To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
To check to lay out a plan in order to achieve maximum production.
To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line-leader or responsible person and take necessary action immediately.
To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and in hygienic condition.
To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
To follow the principle of cost-minimizing.
Ensure the good quality of the products
Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
