Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and check trip bills as shift in charge of the logistics billing section.
Prepare delivery route plans according to unloading points for individual shipments.
Issue vehicle fuel slips through the software based on the vehicle’s destination and consumption, ensuring proper documentation.
Measure vehicle running KM and plan routes using Google Maps and Vehicle Tracking System (VTS).
Verify and reconcile invoices from vendors, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Maintain and update billing records in the system, generate reports for management review, and assist in resolving discrepancies or payment issues.
Ensure accuracy and integrity in day-to-day tasks assigned by the reporting manager/supervisor based on job scope.
