Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor`s degree in Textile Chemistry / Textile Engineering /Wet Processing

• Additional certifications in dyeing technology or process management are advantageous.

Technical Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of dyeing processes, machinery, and equipment.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret production data and make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite for production planning and reporting.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to process improvement.

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Dyeing Production Management:

• Supervise and coordinate dyeing operations according to production schedules.

• Monitor and optimize PTH (Process to Hour) to achieve production targets.

• Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance and process improvement initiatives.

Process Execution:

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

• Oversee the entire dyeing process to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Shade Topping and Adding:

• Manage dye shade adjustments to meet customer specifications.

• Ensure accurate shade matching and consistency throughout production batches.

Recipe Making:

• Develop and adjust dye recipes based on fabric type and customer requirements.

• Document and maintain accurate records of all dye recipes and adjustments.

Shift Management:

• Schedule and supervise shift activities to ensure smooth production flow.

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to optimize operations.
