• Proven experience as an Export Officer or similar role in the fabric/textile industry.

• Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation requirements, and international shipping regulations.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with export management software.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and resolve issues.

• Ability to implement process improvements and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Handling Export Orders:

• Manage export orders from receipt to shipment for international customers.

• Ensure all documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin) meets trade requirements and is accurate.

Collaboration with Production Teams:

• Work closely with production teams to schedule and prioritize orders for export.

• Ensure timely submission of bank documents and alignment with shipment schedules.

Preparation of BTMA and Mushak Challan Documents:

• Prepare and manage BTMA documents and Mushak Challan as required for export consignments.

Internal Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders.

• Resolve any issues that may arise during the export process promptly.

Process Improvement:

• Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize export operations.

Record Keeping and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and shipping costs.

• Ensure compliance with export regulations and internal quality standards.1 

Compliance Management:

• Ensure strict adherence to all fabric rules and regulations governing fabric mills.

• Stay updated with local and international regulatory requirements and implement necessary compliance measures.

• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to address compliance issues promptly.
