• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

• Bachelor of Social Science(BSS)/ Bachelor of Arts(BA)/ Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA).

• Bachelor`s degree in Textile Engineering will get preference.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Textile, Spinning

• Inspection & Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards, focusing on brands like PUMA, UA, UQ, and M&S.

• Quality Control & Compliance: Assist in implementing quality control procedures, monitor production processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

• Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance, conduct inspections of incoming materials, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.

• Root Cause Analysis & Improvement: Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and tests, prepare comprehensive quality reports, and ensure all QA documentation is up to date and accessible.

• Training & Awareness: Organize quality training programs, promote awareness of quality standards, and stay updated on industry trends in quality assurance.

• Team Leadership: Manage and oversee quality tasks performed by team members according to the working schedule of the Knit Fabric Mill in both day and night shifts.
