Minimum of 12 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in machine maintenance within the textile industry.
Proven leadership and managerial skills, with demonstrated experience in leading maintenance teams and managing maintenance projects.
In-depth technical knowledge of textile manufacturing machinery, including looms, spinning machines, dyeing equipment, and finishing lines.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software applications for maintenance planning, documentation, and reporting.
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for all machinery in the textile manufacturing process.
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to production schedules while maximizing equipment uptime.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal performance.
Delegate tasks effectively, assigning responsibilities based on skill levels and workload.
Equipment Inspections and Diagnostics:
Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues or areas of concern.
