Diploma in social compliance

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

1. Good knowledge on Social & Technical Compliance, basic knowledge of RSC / Nirapon, Certification Audit (BSCI, WRAP, Sedex, C-TPAT, SLCP, Better Work, HIGG etc.) & Brand Audit.

2. · Ensure Compliance issues as directed by respective departments.

3. Stand for vendor compliance requirements and follow up on compliance issues.

4. Ensure facility`s compliance requirements as per local/international legal standards.

5. Find out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and make sure that those findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.

6. Collect and maintain regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance, occupational health & safety, and social responsibility, etc.

7. Ensure a healthy workplace, maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene, and environment.

8. Act as an effective communication liaison between workers and management, and bring the grievances of workers to the notice of management.

9. Encourage and motivate workers for better performance and make them understand the importance of the factory`s rules and regulations, buyer`s COC & Country Law.

10. Knowledge about DIFE, DOL, DOE & BGMEA office work

11. Proper knowledge about labor law, law related compliance register, and notice procedure to related office.

12. Risk analysis, safety precaution, Injury, near mis analysis, precaution and prevention procedure.
