Responsibilities & Context:
- Preparation of monthly financial statement.
- Processing and monitoring of payments and expenditure.
- Preparation and monitoring of the payroll and income tax system employee.
- Managing and controlling of organization finance. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations statement.
- Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation statement.
- Management of organization's debtors and creditors accounts Ensuring that the cash book and petty cash are updated and Handle on daily basis.
- Ensuring preparation of daily banking. Ensure no outstanding against receivables & payable s, duly posted in the software and taken approval from concern authority.
- Preparation of monthly Budget. Any other duties to meet the exigencies of the service.
