Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile
∎ Bachelor/ Masters/ MBA/ BSC (Eng.) in Textile Engineering form BU Tex or any other well reputed textile institution or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be work under pressure and independently.
∎ The candidates must have experience of Buyer handling.
∎ Communication with Buyers' Liaison office, factory personnel, all other related departments of the company.
∎ Costing of products/garments.
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper & on time execution of production, process & procedures of buyers.
∎ Advise factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc., related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Having sound knowledge in ERP.
∎ Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer's requirement.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to "shipment" the goods maintaining effective TNA & "Critical Path".
∎ Assist the in-house procurement team for sourcing trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
∎ Full responsibility to complete merchandising jobs by co-ordinate with inter departments.
∎ Good concept and technical knowledge on product technical files and samples.
∎ Experience in product development,comments,production Plan,Merchandising.
∎ Should Have full knowledge in Product costing,budgeting and sourcing.
∎ To be take full responsibility from product development to shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command over both spoken and written English.
∎ Ability to communicate with buyer as well as other persons and stakeholders.
∎ The applicants should have good health condition.
∎ Computer knowledge is a must.
∎ Should be willing to reside close to factory
Salary: Negotiable
