We are looking for a highly competent and self-driven Assistant Manager /Sr. Executive– HR & Compliance to lead HR operations and ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer requirements, and organizational guidelines. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in both HR and compliance functions.
Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and personnel file management
Ensure comprehensive compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Code of Conduct (CoC), and buyer standards
Maintain, update, and preserve all compliance-related documents, registers, and reports
To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports. Should know to face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, and C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers.
To monitor daily worker safety issues about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & route cause analysis.
To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.
Conduct various training programs (orientation, compliance, safety, anti-harassment, HR policies, etc.)
Prepare HR and compliance reports for management and buyers
Lead employee relations and handle disciplinary procedures in a lawful manner
Work closely with management to implement HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives
