∎ Regular responsibilities of an Production Include.
∎ Daily Operation breakdown.
∎ Machine layout and bulletin.
∎ Man-Machine report.
∎ Bottleneck monitoring and production lines
∎ Training production staff in efficiency.
∎ Production monitoring as per set target.
∎ Daily line wise target setup
∎ Wastage control
∎ Prepare regular loss time
∎ prepare regular SMV calculation
∎ Calculate WIP of lines
∎ Method study + Method Development.
∎ Motion Study
∎ Monitoring and optimize machine productivity.
∎ Research and development for improving all factory department.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the above post immediately who are IE(Industrial Engineering) background and willingly to work as a IE/Asst.Manager and he should ambitious to grow his/her carrier in root label in production and technical knowledge. The Management looking who has take full responsibility on Line Lay-out, wastage reduce with helper and manpower and should be work on target & Productivity.
