∎ Applicant must have excellent knowledge in garments (Sweater) with capacity to negotiate orders and handle to clients.
∎ Must be smart, energetic, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent command in both oral and written English and computer skill.
∎ Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
∎ Should be a good organizer and should have good leadership, organizing and self-driving skills.
∎ Candidates with experience in both buying/liaison office & factory will be give preference.
∎ Only candidates residing in Chittagong are encourage to apply for the post.
∎ Capable to handle product development & sampling program.
∎ Able to be sourcing material with good quality & competitive price.
∎ Good knowledge to prepare sweater costing based on buyer requirement.
∎ The candidate must have in depth experience in sweater production and development merchandising for international Buyer.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be capable of independently buyer accounts from production development to final shipment.
∎ Coordinating merchandising functions on a daily basis with production/production planning department to ensure timely development and delivery of sample programs and timely delivery as planned against the relevant time & action plans and schedules·
∎ Supervise and coordinate each and every aspect of the Merchandising·
∎ Working as a facilitator of merchandising functions with each of the merchandising team members to provide management team members daily integrated merchandise related status updates·
∎ Daily planning and scheduling of different sampling requirements originating from the different manufacturing units within the organization, and coordinating sequenced series of sampling programs from the sample sections according to date-wise priority·
∎ Independently prepare Time and Action (T&A) plans & follow up accordingly.
∎ Most important key work are Factory sourcing & order placement.
