Educational Requirements:
∎ Should be a Post Graduate from any recognized University
∎ Applicants having Diploma or Advanced Degree from BIFT; BUFT(BGME);Textile Engineers; Apparels Merchandising; MBA will get priority
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to guestimate product SMV on the spot and able to offer product consumption, costing & prices spontaneously.
∎ Have a sound Negotiation Skill and able to attend Customers Meeting independently in Home & Abroad.
∎ Communication with Customer directly for keeping track of the business; new opportunities; development activities and program.
∎ Keeping close tracking of the Critical Path and ensure all submissions & approvals are obtained as per TNA.
∎ Keeping close follow up within team regarding all kind of Development & Production Sampling and ensure submission as per buyer's dead line
∎ Participate in PP, Product Safety & Risk Assessment, TNA Meeting through Audio, Video, Skype Conference with the Buyers on a daily or weekly basis.
∎ MUST have sound understanding and knowledge of handling EDI, PLM system in terms of PO receiving, Updating, Scan & Packing, Prepare Packing List and Shipment Registration.
∎ Have a strong sourcing bases and knowledge about procuring materials in the most cost-effective sources ensuring right product quality.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production & Planning Team in order to deliver on time shipment and working with QA team in terms of Production and Quality issues.
∎ Monitoring the production & follow-up all the Shipment scheduled. Close liaise with Planning, Coordination, Technical and Compliance Team for completing respective tasks properly
∎ To ensure 3rd Party Inspection Booking (In-Line & Final) and monitor the inspection & collect the Buyer approval within the day.
∎ Tracking the Shipment Dates and ensure the booking are given as per schedule and follow up goods handover on time.
∎ Must have capability to develop any new customer independently.

∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater/Knit/Woven/Buying or liaison office.
∎ Males are favorable
∎ The candidate must have at least 5 - 8 years career track record in a sweater/ Knit/woven factory
∎ Candidate having prior experience handling any Japanese/Ralph Lauren / EXPRESS / Uniqlo / Bestsellers / Arcadia / Sainsbury's / Jennifer / Anne Taylor / Hollister / Primark / Target Australia / Noni B Group / Inditex / Fashion Biz will get preference
