Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible to lead the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items and inventory management as per standard and company policy.
- Maintain stock position of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Spare Parts, General Store and Finished Goods of the Factory
- Maintain stock position according to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System
- Check & forwarded of monthly materials receiving & consumption statement to higher management as per costing report
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are delivered to the floor in a timely manner
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
- Ensure maximize use of surface area and confirm safe and proper storage of goods
- Coordinate production team and distribution of finished products for smooth delivery to depot and distributors
- Documentation and reporting of received & disbursed materials
- Any other task given by management time to time
