Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Industrial Engineering or B.Sc in Textile Engineering.
∎ Educational Qualification may be considered for highly qualified and experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Computer skill, Email Communications, MICROSOFT OFFICE
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to play a significant role to increase productivity with standard.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, & management team.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Monitor the work floor for maximum utilization of man, machine and material.
∎ Implement new methods and tools to increase productivity.
∎ Preparing workers skill matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection.
∎ Conduct time study and motion study on daily basis.
∎ Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
∎ Maintain liaison with planning and IE for productivity improvement and input.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Minimum 10 years working experience in a Knit garment manufacturing factory.
∎ Very Good knowledge about SMV calculation and efficiency calculation.
