Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow Line Plan
∎ Follow Process flow for Cut to Ship.
∎ On time Hit PPM Procedure.
∎ On time Hit PCD.
∎ On time hit PSD.
∎ Cut to Cuttable ratio minimum 100% to 101%.
∎ Ensure Maximum Utilization of Fabric.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section and monitor cutting production
∎ Maintain Compliance Rules and Regulations.
∎ Reduce Overhead cost.
∎ Strong knowledge about making plan for daily cutting, based on line plan & availability of the fabric.
∎ Making plan of input & assure continuous flow in the line.
∎ To ensure cutting of the fabric is as per customer specifications and identification of cut panels to facilitate sewing of garments.
∎ Monitor and ensure all quality parameters like consistent color and GSM of the cut panels which are going in the sewing line
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
