Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Product Conceptualization and Design Oversight: Lead the development of new styles from concept to production, working closely with the design team to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring feasibility in manufacturing.
∎ Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with design, marketing & production teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production, ensuring timelines & quality standards.
∎ Prototyping and Sampling: Oversee the creation of samples, ensuring they meet specifications and adjust designs as necessary based on technical limitations, possible risks factors & manufacturing feasibility.
∎ Timeline Management: Manage product development timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for seasonal launches.
∎ Cost optimization: Applying cost effective constructions & product re- engineering in order to optimize cost consumption & SMV.
∎ Developing the Second Layer: Carrying out on the job trainings & scheduled technical trainings for PD members depending on the evaluation findings.
