Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate/Bachelor degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the sample development team
∎ To ensure garments costing, fabric consumption, style wise pattern & sample development, marker, grading as required
∎ Develop master pattern making, make the basic sizes pattern by using auto CAD software (EEMA, Garber & Lectra software).
∎ To Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD
∎ To ensure sample quality (styling, measurement, dummy fitting etc.), and all technical aspects are fully complied with the buyer requirements.
∎ Should be capable enough to understand buyer's comments on all Samples.
∎ To review and understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
∎ To provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising staffs, factories, and production team members.
∎ To communicate with buyers, merchandiser and factory production staffs as required.
∎ To determine SMV with IE
∎ To attend meeting with the buyer or management as required.
∎ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
∎ Receives sample requisitions from merchandisers and prepares sample development plan based on submission date.
∎ Leads weekly/monthly sample development meeting and ensures continuous improvement
∎ To determine SMV with IE
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 15 Years in reputed Knit Garments sample Dept. (at least 05 years’ experience as Clearance & Experience Certificate, Identity Card & salary certificate from previous organization.
∎ Character Certificate (1st Class gazette Officer or equivalent) & Nationality Certificate.
∎ Name of 02 References with details.
