Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the merchandising department.
∎ To follow the principle of cost minimizing. Ensure the good quality of the products
∎ To monitor and control all production process & target as required.
∎ Report higher authority about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To check lay out plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ Heaving knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules, Industrial Engineering/Social Compliance requirement & audit/Technical Audit/GOTS, OCS, RCS audit etc.
∎ To take necessary measures with the Admin, HR & Compliance in order to uphold human rights and development of human resources.
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skill Requirement: Production, Technical, I.E, Administration, HR & Compliance.
∎ Age not above 55 years.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ 10 - 15 year(s) total in RMG sector.
∎ At least 5-8 years' experience as a General Manager in RMG-Knit Division.
