Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have ability to run independently cutting section for 50 sewing lines factory.
∎ Responsible for cutting planning, developing and implementing of cutting process and procedure.
∎ Must have knowledge of root cause analysis, risk analysis and prepare CAPA.
∎ To fix the daily production Target as per advice of factory AGM/DGM/GM to achieve the target.
∎ Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work.
∎ Must have good computer knowledge
∎ To Maintain QMS/QAFA/GMP & others technical audit requirement.
∎ To maintain liaison with HR, Sewing, Finishing, Printing, Embroidery section.
∎ Any other work assigned as and when required by the management.
∎ Good knowledge of fabric consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabric construction, size set, etc.
∎ Responsible to ensure that cutting is done based on the line priority & backline /Sub-store requirement.
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly.
∎ Must have good knowledge of the knit garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the higher management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Creative, self -initiative, independent and good market and fashion sense.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure and pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
∎ Good communication in Bangla & English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Fabric knowledge and technical knowledge regarding cutting
∎ Specially experience of Buyer TARGET USA, C&A, CAREEFORE, HEMA, AMAZON, VF, WAL-MART etc.
∎ At least 05 to 08 years' experience as a Manager-Cutting in Knit Garments.
