∎ KR FlexiPack Ltd. manufactures printed & laminated packaging films in rolls-stock and a complete line of converted products such as standup pouches, centre-seal and pillow and back seam bags side-gussetted, flat-bottom and various other bag formats integrating zipper, spout, hole, d-punch, rivets etc for convenient use for various industries and applications such as food packaging, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, engineering products, chemicals, cosmetics, among others.
∎ KR Flexi Pack Ltd is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive professional who has proven experiences and skills for the position of Sr.Manager, Production.
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have working experience as Manager in a renowned Printing & Packaging manufacturing industry
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor Production activities to achieve continuous effective Production target.
∎ Develop proper forecasting plan and inventory management in the depot and customer level.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and to develop people
∎ Resolve all Production related issues and problem risen from machine by coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments.
∎ To monitor and control all production processes in the sample, production unit & goods receive-delivery section.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To check to lay out a plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line-leader or responsible person and take necessary action immediately.
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and in hygienic condition.
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
∎ To follow the principle of cost-minimizing.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Production Planning and Coordination, Target Achieveing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Flexipack printing & Packging.
∎ Strong analytical abilities.
