∎ Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
∎ Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
∎ Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Sourcing Factories, Order Placement and Execution with Various factories.
∎ Participate in buyer meeting & finalize Spot order.
∎ Sample Developments
∎ Follow the process and procedures of buyers
∎ Support Buyer and Factory to take more initiatives to solve problems by sharing information with supervisor Garment costing
∎ Follow up on fabric, trims and samples status to ensure PCDs are maintained.
∎ Coordinate fabric, trims and garment testing with certified labs as per customer requirements.
∎ Must follow-up company working policies.
∎ Regular travel to factories located in different Places of Bangladesh
∎ Strong capable to Team Building risk management strategies.
