∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ English, Hindi and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ You have prior experience within Merchandising.
∎ You possess strong negotiation skills and can arrive at win-win solutions with partners.
∎ You have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
∎ You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Sourcing Factories, Order Placement and Execution with Various factories.
∎ Follow up with planning, production, commercial team and ensure shipment on time.
∎ Communicate with customers about new developments.
∎ Responsible for Sourcing Factories, Order Placement and Execution with Various factories.
∎ Participate in buyer meeting & finalize Spot order.
∎ Sample Developments.
∎ Follow the process and procedures of buyers.
∎ Support Buyer and Factory to take more initiatives to solve problems by sharing information with supervisor.
∎ Follow up on fabric, trims and samples status to ensure PCDs are maintained.
∎ Coordinate fabric, trims and garment testing with certified labs as per customer requirements.
∎ You must follow company working policies.
∎ Regular travel to factories located in different parts of Bangladesh.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent business relations with the buyers.
