Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
∎ Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
∎ Investigating and setting standards for quality.
∎ Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international levels.
∎ Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
∎ Writing management/technical reports and customers' charters.
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
∎ Directing objectives to maximize profitability.
∎ Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information and monitoring performance.
∎ To maintain buyer's required quality standards, follow and implement QMS, SOPs, maintain KPIs.
∎ Supervising technical or laboratory staff.
∎ Developing objective metrics for measuring quality assurance across all product categories and brand channels.
∎ Development of all overall and specific quality assurance policies and standards for all product categories.
∎ Ensuring execution of all quality assurance standards and practices.
∎ Tracking progress by buyers and brands.
∎ Planning and managing quality department activities in accordance with agreed upon budget, timeline and goal.
∎ Conducting final inspection
∎ Should have ability to handle with full responsibility and leadership.
∎ Creating yearly T&A calendar for quality in alignment with overall product development calendar.
∎ Developing all communication strategies both internally and externally.
∎ Inspection of performance, internal audit performance and accountability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 05 years experience in the same rank.
∎ Computer knowledge (E-mail, Internet, MS Word & MS Excel)
∎ Good interpersonal skills and communication skills both in Bengali & English (mainly).
∎ Must have knowledge on presentation
∎ Should have ability to correspond accurately.
∎ Candidate should have skillness in quality control management.
