∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university.

Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 10 to 14 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
∎ Prior experience in the RMG sector will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Proven leadership ability to manage cross-functional IT teams in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong knowledge of network infrastructure setup and administration (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, etc.).
∎ Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux-based servers, Active Directory, and domain management.
∎ Expertise in configuring and maintaining firewalls (e.g., FortiGate, Cisco), switches, and routers.
∎ Sound understanding of data backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
∎ Experience with CCTV systems, biometric attendance, and access control technologies.
∎ Familiarity with ERP systems (especially infrastructure side support and integrations).
∎ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and network issues.
∎ Understanding of IT asset management, inventory control, and lifecycle planning.
∎ Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the IT department in managing daily operations, ensuring high availability and reliability of all systems and networks.
∎ Supervise and guide the IT team by delegating tasks effectively and ensuring timely execution.
∎ Plan, implement, and maintain hardware infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network issues, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.
∎ Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, including firewall configuration, antivirus updates, and implementation of data protection policies.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
∎ Conduct regular IT audits and system health checks to identify vulnerabilities and drive continuous improvement.
∎ Develop and maintain IT-related policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation to support compliance and governance.
∎ Provide end-user training and technical support for hardware, networking, and general IT-related queries.
∎ Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Oversee the CCTV surveillance system, including network setup, monitoring, reporting, and regular maintenance, to ensure security and operational efficiency.
