Education:

BBA & MBA Major in HRM from any reputed University.

Candidate Having PGD in HRM is Must. / Diploma In Compliance will Get Preference.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 42 years

Should be a self-starter and proactive.

Excellent communication skill both in English & Bangla.

Familiar with computer usage.

Good problem solving skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Employment & Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit and retain a high caliber workforce. Design and implement integrated talent management processes, systems and programs -Employee Training and Development, Career and Succession Planning.

  • Sustainable Compliance Development: Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to Compliance Department. Maintains knowledge of similar industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance. Ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.

  • Performance Management: To manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with management requirements.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Make recommendation on compensation design and strategy. Develop and communicate compensation policy. Manage cost/benefit. Optimize HR Infrastructure for payroll, data access, analysis and reporting (HRIS). Managing employee data and records management.

  • Policy Development & Implementation: Analyze company's existing policies and procedures, Preparing Gap analysis, coordinate with management and staff, play key role in policy and process improvement & its successful implementations.

  • Organizational Development: Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction, establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

  • Support audits and inspections, including BWB, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, C-TPAT, OCS, RCS GRS, etc., and assessments of environmental, technical, and social compliance.

  • Assist in developing factories according to RSC (ACCORD & ALLIANCE) standards (fire safety, building safety, electrical safety) and ensure regular follow-up.

  • Lead worker participation committees, anti-harassment committees, and ensure healthy labor–management relations.

  • Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.

  • Employee Relations / Labor Relations: Provide employee/labor relations support to- Develop policies to assure fairness and equality throughout organization, Coordinate with several federation/parties leaders on labor issues. Lead in Labor Relations, Negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements.

  • Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation, etc.

  • Provide training for workers and staff on compliance, safety, and company policies.

  • Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct like H&M, C&A, PUMA, MANGO, Marks & Spencer, US Pollow, Walmart, Primark, LPP etc.

  • Any other Job assigned by the management.
