Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma /Bachelor in Textile Engineering from any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production planning of all finishing machines like stenters, peaching, Brushing, sanforising etc.
∎ Special skills for handling Peaching and Brushing Process must.
∎ Maximum utilization of all machine.
∎ To control cost of finishing.
∎ To meet all quality parameters of the fabric during finishing.
∎ To minimize the re-processing.
∎ To develop new finishes for market support.
∎ To maintain the machine well and to take care of all machines regarding preventive and breakdown maintenance.
∎ To plan the manpower for running all finishing machine.
∎ To achieve highest efficiency with no reprocessing.
∎ To control all damages coming from finishing machines and not to finish the fabric, if there is already damage from previous process.
∎ Constant monitoring /supervising the quality on running machine.
