Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute overall factory Admin/ HR & Compliance activities
∎ Planning manpower according to company's budget.
∎ Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
∎ Co-ordinate recruitment throughout the company by proper management of a recruitment team/HR team. And ensure right person is in a right place.
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
∎ Supervise the development of various formats as per organizational needs.
∎ Developing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the organization and ensure its execution.
∎ Design and supervise appropriate Human Resource Forecasting (HRF) process.
∎ Supervise training needs analysis and design and implement a training plan with involvement from department heads. Manage costs to budget.
∎ Setting and maintaining departmental budget.
∎ Review all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with HODs. Implement any increase and promotion.
∎ Ensure employee's welfare; design and develop policy related to provident fund according to company's strategy.
∎ Setting policies relating to employees' compensation and benefit package.
∎ Developing plan for employees' performance management, supervise and monitor performance appraisal process, train supervisors on mentioned issues.
∎ Designing and establishing performance record tracking system.
∎ Design, develop and coordinate job analysis procedure.
∎ Ensure an improved and developed Organizational Culture in different aspects.
∎ Managing the talent, competency and experience of employees within an organization and develop plan for the improvement of performance of under performer.
∎ Supervise the performance appraisal process, planning and developing employee motivation, reward and punishment actions.
∎ Any other task assign by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be experienced in the Administration and HR field of any renowned Group of Companies / Knit Garments.
∎ Experience supervising and managing a team of professional staffs: able to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals.
∎ Proven record of having served as a trusted resource and member of a senior level management team.
∎ Effective communicator in writing, presentations and in interpersonal communication.
∎ Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
