Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing Finishing, Knitting and Dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sample Fabrics follow up.
∎ Responsible for overall Dyeing operations of Lab, Sample, Batch, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality etc.
∎ Ensure daily dyeing & finishing programs based on sales budget & delivery schedule of all styles & samples as well.
∎ Ensure dyeing production per machine per day 4.5 batches for white & 2.50 batches for average color.
∎ Should be expert on special finishing processes & all types of fabric dyeing process.
∎ Responsible for dyeing & finishing RFT
∎ Ensure and right follow up of buyer wise fabric production and quality as per their given specifications.
∎ Communicate with knitting division, planning division and respective merchandiser of buyer for ensuring 100% dyeing quality, shade matching, and GSM.
∎ Develop the new process and technique in the production process of the dyeing section with smooth finishing.
∎ Directs and supervises the continuous improvement of dyeing, finishing production.
∎ Responsible for reducing wastage as per (time/man/machine) and process loss of each operation.
∎ Arrange and conduct counseling for manager/in-charge/supervisor/operator to monitor and meet KPI.
∎ Arrange all raw materials and maintain quality of colors, GSM as per respective Buyer Quality.
∎ Contact with buyer for wet process lab dip approval, bulk batch shade approval, quality fabric approval and others issues.
∎ Follow up and monitor over all operational compliance issues of floor.
∎ Have to work as a responsible person in dyeing finishing department.
∎ Control finishing parameter during bulk production on the basis of standard technical method.
∎ In case of major problems, inform the top management to solve or implement the alternative options.
∎ Ensure the dyed fabric quality according to the standard requirements.
∎ Ensure & arrange all types of test for the fabrics.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all machines by Maintenance department as and when required.
∎ Ensure fabrics dimensional stability as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Ensure dyeing finishing production targets on a daily basis.
∎ Ensure meet target fabric delivery to garments cutting department for normal Work.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

∎ Age at most 43 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Confirm target production of dyeing and finishing.
∎ Shifting Duty
∎ Strategic skills to maintain dyeing section.
∎ Good software proficiency.
