∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve daily, weekly, monthly production target.
∎ Individually handling full cutting department
∎ Per day cutting capacity 1.00.000 pcs
∎ Ensure on time completion of cutting to meet the production deadline Order Quantity completion as PO Wise, style wise,
∎ Optimum utilization of work force by proper allocation
∎ Improve productivity and minimization of wastage by skill development of the workforce.
∎ Resolve technical bottlenecks in the floor for smooth production flow and to achieve right quality
∎ Labor Turnover and Absenteeism control as per plan.
∎ Maintain safe, compliant and pleasant workplace/factory.
∎ Coordination with quality department to ensure quality of the product

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
∎ Hard working
∎ Good knowledge in computer (MS office, Excel)
