Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting from a reputed university with professional certification of CA / CMA partly qualified.
∎ Educational qualifications will be relaxed if candidate have adequate, appropriate and sound knowledge in Textiles production process.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts and audit, Cost & Budget, Skills in preparing financial reports, statements and projections.

∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Cost and budget, RMG Sectors
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all operations of core Accounts process.
∎ Prepare and analysis of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
∎ Prepare annual budget and ensure budgetary control.
∎ Providing Difference between actual cost and Budgeted cost Separately buyer or order wise based on CM/SMV( Considering per machine cost, machine layout quantity, SMV as per set up)
∎ Drive Efficiency and Improvement initiatives around finance operations.
∎ Undertaking research into cost optimization and factors affecting the performance.
∎ Developing and managing financial systems.
∎ Motivate the team for good working culture.
∎ Preparation of order wise cost valuation of ready-made garments & reporting to the Head Office.
∎ Ensuring action plan taken by the superiors and initiate overall organizational budget and forecast, control whole accounting system to ensure maximum resources to be utilized.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to those who are working (Cost & Budget) in the Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Excellent planning ability
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Proper knowledge about ERP system
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer application (especially in Microsoft Excel & Power Point)
∎ Ability to take stress and work under pressure
∎ Working Experience in a 100% Export oriented Garments Factory.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Practical experience on Cost & Budget preparation, variance analysis and implementation of budget.
