Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bulk correction, bulk marker, bulk cut plan, & measurement.
∎ Analyze, control & reduce cost in an effective & efficient manner.
∎ Must have good concept about Planning.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection, over production & extra hour work.
∎ Responsible for all pattern, all finish pattern.
∎ Costing yy, booking yy.
∎ Necessary initiative have to take in order to achieve daily & monthly planned target.
∎ Establish & maintain operational guidelines, procedure & practice.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
∎ On time all pilot pattern and bulk pattern release.
∎ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
∎ Overseeing production processes.
∎ Must have good leadership & Motivational capability.
∎ Must have good knowledge about quality management.
∎ Planning and organizing all pattern schedules.
∎ Coordinate with each department and review progress periodically and make sure that there are no surprises.
∎ Maintain budget and optimize expenses.
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions.
∎ Determining quality control standards.
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years

∎ Computer literacy with mail communication is a must.
∎ Minimum 07 years in a similar industry, proven experience of Manager role or similar experience in CAD section.
