Experience:
Additional professional training or certification in Networking / Hardware / CCTV System / Server Management will be considered as an added advantage
Outlook configuration and troubleshooting; computer, printer, and UPS repair and maintenance.
Security Camera / IP Camera setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Windows and software installation, update, and fixing all types of computer hardware & software issues.
Configure, monitor, and maintain all network-related components including switches, Wi-Fi access points, uplinks, interconnect tunnels, and firewalls.
Perform any other IT tasks assigned by the management of the organization.
Regularly back up and secure all important organizational data and ensure data recovery systems are in place.
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and licensing records.
Server Management
Support and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, email servers, and cloud-based applications.
Ensure IT security and antivirus protection across all systems and devices.
Provide technical support and training to staff for better use of IT resources and applications.
Oversee and manage all types of network operations and infrastructure within the Kumudini Welfare Trust (KWT) Complex, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and system performance.
