∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: HRM
∎ Training/Trade Course: If any
∎ Skills Required: General HR

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, HR

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have vast knowledge on Local Labor Law.
∎ Work permit for foreigners documentation knowledge.
∎ Immigration related experience and having relation with concern govt departments.
∎ Capable to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
∎ Assist in preparing Manpower budgets and present a hiring plan.
∎ Manage recruitment & selection procedure.
∎ Coordinate Induction program for project work.
∎ Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
∎ Must be able to work with HR Software, skills of handling Payroll Software..
∎ Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
∎ Coordinate to arrange different Training Program.
∎ Regularly keep in touch with the management to ensure proper implementation of processes and policies.
∎ Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly.
∎ Management may add any task as deemed necessary permanently or temporarily

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Security Clearance experience for Work Permit holder
∎ Good/Fluent in English is must.
∎ MS Office, Excel, Word and Power Point.

Salary: Negotiable
